Description:

• The Business Applications team at Grafana collaborates with Cloud, Enterprise, and Grafana teams to enhance customer experience and streamline staff workflows.
• The team develops custom solutions on the grafana.com platform and integrates with various external systems.
• Responsibilities include maintaining the billing engine, automating provisioning processes, integrating with cloud provider marketplaces, and managing the user portal for customer account management.
• Engineers in the team specialize in critical areas such as billing dashboards and cost management centers for Grafana Cloud administrators.
• The technical stack includes Go, React, and in-house libraries.
• In this role, you will influence the roadmap and your career objectives, drive projects from ideation to operations, and contribute to open-source projects.
• You will design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and availability.
• Continuous improvement of existing code, tackling tech debt, and enhancing CI/CD pipelines and test coverage are expected.
• Participation in on-call rotations and ownership of maintained components and libraries may be required.
• Collaboration with team members and stakeholders will occur asynchronously or in meetings.
