The hosted checkout solution offers global coverage and currency support, a comprehensive suite of payment methods, industry-leading anti-fraud technology, and an integrated wallet designed to boost loyalty.
The company is seeking a frontend software engineer with expertise in building high-quality web applications from the ground up.
As part of a cross-functional team of exceptional engineers and product managers, the engineer will develop new features and provide best-in-class support to help partners scale their businesses.
The tech stack includes web apps using React + TypeScript for the frontend and Scala for the backend, utilizing a suite of GCP services.
Daily responsibilities include designing, building, and reviewing code for the HTS Checkout web frontend, operating autonomously while collaborating closely with fellow engineers and product managers, exploring engineering improvements, and maintaining strong alignment with minimal meetings.
Requirements:
Candidates must have senior-level experience and familiarity with React.
The ability to effectively drive towards a solution in a thoughtful and creative manner is essential.
Candidates should be able to work autonomously, iterate on solutions, and manage different contexts.
Experience dealing with ambiguity and the ability to balance building out multiple features at once without compromising code quality is required.
