Description:

As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer on the DAO team, you will design, build, and maintain scalable systems that deliver a first-class experience for both Credit Union members and staff, ultimately driving the growth in newly opened accounts.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Product and Design teams, as well as collaborate with external partners, giving you the chance to strengthen skills beyond engineering, such as communication, product thinking, and negotiation.
The team consists of skilled full-stack engineers who collaborate closely to tackle challenging problems in a supportive and hands-on environment.
You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality code, writing elegant and efficient code, and maintaining documentation for configurations and processes.

Requirements:

You must have 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS and/or Fintech.
Proficiency in frontend technologies, preferably TypeScript and React, is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, maintainable code are essential.
Excellent English communication skills are necessary for this role.
You must be able to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
