Description:
Join a full-stack product development team to build a greenfield Frontend Observability product.
Contribute to shaping the foundational work and roadmap for the new team and domain.
Write code across the full application stack, primarily in React, TypeScript, VanillaJS, and Golang.
Support other engineers by mentoring, pairing, reviewing code, and sharing knowledge.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team following a product triad model.
Balance risks and engineering efforts in web/frontend application development.
Prioritize important work while addressing technical debt.
Communicate clearly and openly through written and face-to-face communication.
Incorporate observability and lessons from supporting production software into the Honeycomb product.
Requirements:
Deep experience in web/frontend application development.
Strong teamwork skills working with a cross-functional team.
Flexible mindset to balance product delivery and technical debt.
Clear, open communication skills for effective collaboration.
Interest in observability and experience supporting production software.

Base pay range of $175,000 - $205,000 USD (Midlevel to Senior range).
