Description:

• Dandy is transforming the dental industry by integrating and simplifying every function of dental practices through technology.
• The company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their global, remote CAD and 3D team.
• The role involves supporting Dandy’s web-based 3D toolset across the internal supply chain.
• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining web applications for 3D design interactions, orchestrating the availability of 3D tools, and coordinating CAD outputs to the cloud.
• The engineer will support and develop internal APIs, instrument tools for data insights, and build integrations with third-party APIs.
• Collaboration with Product Management and Manufacturing Operations engineering teams is essential.
• The engineer will solve technical problems, maintain coding standards, and advocate for product quality improvements.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• A strong understanding of business functions and the ability to address challenges through engineering is required.
• Clear communication skills for discussing complex technical problems and proposing solutions are essential.
• Experience in a highly agile and iterative software development process is necessary.
• Candidates should have effective communication skills to achieve consensus and provide status updates.
• Experience in owning projects from concept to production is required.
• Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote-first organization are necessary.
• High proficiency with back-end systems such as Nest, Next, Node, and GraphQL is required.
• Ability to collaborate during US time zones is essential.
