Description:

  • We are seeking a Senior Full-stack .NET Developer to lead our growing development team in building innovative B2B SaaS platforms.
  • You will work directly with our CTO to manage multiple concurrent projects, each targeting $2-3M in annual revenue.
  • This is a long-term role where you will build and guide a small, high-performing team while maintaining hands-on development.
  • The position offers a salary range of $2,500 - $3,500 per month.
  • The job is remote and follows a schedule based on Pacific Standard Time.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer is required.

Requirements:

  • You will lead a dedicated development team while actively contributing to code.
  • You must manage your own sprints, push updates daily, and ensure consistent quality across projects.
  • Success in this role means delivering clean, efficient code while mentoring team members and coordinating with our CTO to scale our B2B SaaS platforms.
  • You should have experience leading complex full-stack .NET development projects.
  • You need to architect and implement scalable B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Writing and reviewing high-quality, maintainable code is essential.

  • You will drive technical decisions in collaboration with the CTO.
