Description:
- The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud, one of Adaptavist's flagship products.
- They will lead engineering best practices within the team to ensure the reliability and scalability of the product.
- The role involves driving technical discussions, mentoring other engineers, and collaborating with product teams to gather requirements for future initiatives.
- Responsibilities include investigating and resolving production issues, participating in Scrum events, and introducing new technologies into the team where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Strong full stack development experience in a microservice or serverless architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Python, etc.) and one frontend Javascript/Typescript framework (React, Angular, Vue).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, debug production issues, and work effectively with people across time zones.
- Understanding of common problems in working with distributed systems and experience with CI/CD.
- Experience working in a small Agile team.
