Remote Senior Full-stack Developer

Description:

• The Senior Fullstack Engineer will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of modern web applications, focusing on user-facing functionalities.
• They will analyze code and application execution to optimize and tune performance.
• Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is essential to ensure continuous improvement and maintain a culture of quality within the development team.
• Working closely with the Product Owner to align the team with project goals and objectives is a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Typescript & JavaScript with a minimum of 6 years of work experience as a software engineer is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with a commercial cloud-based Software as a Service business is necessary.
• Extensive experience with modern web development technologies, particularly React & Typescript, across the full stack is essential.
• Proven experience leading software design sessions and collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team setting to propose optimal software designs is a must.
• Ability to work with User Experience Designers to translate user interface mockups into functional software, involving all stakeholders in review processes is required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to creating exceptional user experiences are important qualities.
• Familiarity with the entire development lifecycle, from partnership with UX design to development, unit testing, automated functional testing, deployment, and monitoring is necessary.
• Demonstrated experience with Scrum practices and professional software engineering practices is a requirement.
