We are seeking a Senior Full-stack .NET Developer to lead our growing development team in building innovative B2B SaaS platforms.
You will work directly with our CTO to manage multiple concurrent projects, each targeting $2-3M in annual revenue.
This is a long-term role where you will build and guide a small, high-performing team while maintaining hands-on development.
The position offers a salary range of $2,200 - $2,800 per month.
The job is remote and follows a Pacific Standard Time schedule.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer is required.
Requirements:
You will lead a dedicated development team while actively contributing to code.
You must manage your own sprints, push updates daily, and ensure consistent quality across projects.
Success in this role means delivering clean, efficient code while mentoring team members and coordinating with our CTO to scale our B2B SaaS platforms.
You should have experience leading complex full-stack .NET development projects.
You must be able to architect and implement scalable B2B SaaS solutions.
Writing and reviewing high-quality, maintainable code is essential.
You will manage system performance and optimization.
You should be capable of driving technical decisions with the CTO.
You need to push quality code updates multiple times daily and run independent sprints aligned with company goals.
Taking full ownership of project success end-to-end is required.
You should be able to make technical decisions without constant oversight and commit to long-term product evolution.
Implementing proven agile development practices is necessary.
You will lead sprint planning and execution, adapt processes for team efficiency, and track and report on sprint progress.
Maintaining consistent delivery schedules is expected.
As a technical team leader, you will mentor and guide junior developers through complex challenges.
You should design and implement scalable system architectures and foster a culture of code quality and best practices.
Resolving technical obstacles while building team capabilities and balancing technical debt with long-term team growth is essential.
