Description:

  • Pavago is hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a client’s team and contribute to building and scaling an advanced healthcare automation platform.
  • The project involves integrating advanced algorithms, creating responsive interfaces, and managing complex healthcare data standards.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and developing a responsive web frontend to visualize algorithm results interactively.
  • The developer will implement dynamic user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • The role requires enhancing and maintaining a robust Java-based backend system and integrating it with frontend services for efficient data retrieval and rendering.
  • The developer will enable seamless real-time interaction between users and chart data.
  • The position involves integrating complex healthcare data standards like FHIR and HL7 for secure and efficient healthcare workflows.
  • The developer will design and implement scalable system architecture to support automation and data-intensive applications.
  • Responsibilities also include optimizing data retrieval and visualization with MongoDB and Postgres.
  • The role requires utilizing tools like Kafka and Camunda to enhance workflow automation.
  • The developer must ensure all systems comply with HIPAA and healthcare data security standards, employing secure coding practices and robust safeguards for sensitive patient data.
  • Collaboration with database teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and development teams is essential to drive technical excellence and solve complex challenges.
  • The developer will also contribute to future AI-driven features using machine learning frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., ASP.NET, Node.js, Java) is required.
  • Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, specifically Postgres and MongoDB, is necessary.
  • Strong experience with healthcare systems, such as EHRs like Cerner and Epic, and familiarity with healthcare protocols like FHIR and HL7 APIs is essential.
  • Knowledge of data visualization libraries, such as D3.js and Chart.js, to create interactive charts is required.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools like Kafka and Camunda is necessary.
  • Expertise in secure coding practices, data encryption, and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA is required.
  • The ability to thrive in collaborative environments while also working independently is essential.
  • A background in building scalable full-stack solutions with a focus on healthcare automation and large-scale data management is necessary.
