Description:

Crossvale is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team in Mexico, Bogota, Medellin, or Cali.
The position is a contract role that allows for remote work.
The developer will design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
Responsibilities include collaborating with UI/UX designers for seamless integration, building and maintaining reusable code, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
The developer will ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs, troubleshoot application issues, perform code reviews, and mentor Associate developers.
Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development is essential.
Effective communication with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like Angular (v15+).
Expertise in backend technologies including Java or .NET Core, with experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices is required.
Strong knowledge of relational databases is necessary.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is expected.
Experience with Git version control and Agile development methodologies is required.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions are essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary.

The position offers a negotiable hourly rate based on the candidate's skills and previous experience.
The work schedule will align with U.S. Central Time hours.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to invoice Crossvale monthly as this is a contractor position.
