• Experience in server-side logic, database structures, and APIs using Node.js, Prisma.js, Nest.js is necessary.
• Strong skills in optimizing code for performance, utilizing asynchronous programming, and working with databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL are required.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, CI/CD practices, and code versioning tools like Git is expected.
• Soft skills include strong collaboration, critical thinking, time management, and effective communication in English.
