• Practice Better is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to manage the complexity of their systems as they scale their nutrition planning platform and integration ecosystem.
• The role involves developing software solutions based on direction from management, building new user-facing features, documenting code and procedures, and assisting the customer support team with technical-related requests.
• The Senior Developer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, improve performance, and optimize the stack.
• The position requires strong Ruby and JavaScript fundamentals, experience with MVC SPA frameworks, and knowledge of the Health & Wellness industry is an asset.

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Ability to independently solve problems, write tests for quality assurance, and work in customer-focused environments.
• Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and the capability to take substantial features from concept to shipping.
• Willingness to mentor, share knowledge, and execute tasks in a timely manner.
