We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with over 10 years of experience who combines solid technical expertise with leadership skills and autonomy.
This individual will be responsible for designing and developing scalable solutions, actively participating in architectural decisions, and collaborating with internationally distributed teams.
The role requires a proactive mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to work without direct supervision.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining complex and scalable software solutions, leading technical initiatives, and coordinating efforts within the team.
The developer will collaborate with product and design teams to propose viable technical solutions and drive agile best practices and a culture of continuous improvement.
Clear and effective communication of progress and technical decisions is essential, as well as ensuring high standards of quality, security, performance, and scalability.
Mentoring junior developers and participating in key system architecture decisions are also part of the role.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development is required.
Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET (Framework/Core) is essential.
Experience with Blazor or React for frontend development is necessary.
Familiarity with Azure is desirable, and knowledge of AWS is a plus.
Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server is required.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Git is necessary.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and unit testing (xUnit, NUnit) is required.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is essential.
A B2 to C1 level of English is required for fluent written and spoken communication.
The ideal candidate should possess technical leadership capabilities and total autonomy, excellent communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to solve complex problems.
Adaptability in dynamic and distributed environments and a passion for learning and continuous improvement are also important.

The position is fully remote.
It is a full-time role with direct hiring by the client, depending on the country: either an employment relationship or contractor modality.
The salary can go up to USD 4,000 per month.
Working hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with flexibility.
