Description:
The Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) will be responsible for delivering results as part of a small, cross-functional, largely autonomous product engineering team.
This role involves collaborating with other developers, designers, and the product manager to extend a cloud-based web platform.
Responsibilities include building products for internal and external users, understanding user needs, designing and developing software for millions of users, writing modular and secure code, and ensuring code quality through reviews.
The engineer will promote best practices, own and maintain existing application platforms, and work in fast-paced environments with iterative improvements.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience developing high-performance web applications in C#/ .NET.
A minimum of 3+ years as a Full Stack Engineer with knowledge of Front End languages such as JavaScript, React, and Next.js is required.
Extensive knowledge of the development stack, including .NET, .NET Core, MVC, WebAPI, and IIS is essential.
Experience in writing RESTful microservices with a popular web framework is necessary.
Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience with UX design tools like Figma is expected.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
Basic knowledge of relational databases like MSSQL and MySQL is required.
A consistent track record of developing, shipping, and maintaining large-scale web applications with a user mindset is essential.
Experience with AWS offerings such as EC2, ALBs, RDS, Beanstalk, and API Gateway is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
