Description:
Join a global IT services and consulting company as a Senior Full-Stack Developer working on a cloud contact center platform project.
Develop backend services using JavaScript and Node.js to enhance customer service and support omnichannel interactions.
Work on creating a new contact center solution for a global enterprise within a VDI environment.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining backend services, optimizing server-side logic, and developing voice over IP solutions.

Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of industry experience in software development and troubleshooting VOIP systems.

Experience with troubleshooting tools, audio media analysis, and debugging skills.
