Description:
The company is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to work remotely on a project involving the development of a new contact center solution for a global enterprise.
The project includes creating enhancements and new features for the existing voice platform from scratch within a VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) environment.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using JavaScript and Node.js, implementing and optimizing server-side logic, developing voice over IP solutions using SIP and WebRTC, creating technical documentation, diagnosing and resolving complex VOIP issues, addressing technical issues and system failures, understanding performance and scalability principles, collaborating with team members, and mentoring junior developers.
Requirements:
5+ years of industry experience in software development and troubleshooting VOIP systems.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript and Node.js for backend development.
Good understanding of VOIP protocols like SIP, RTP, RTCP, WebRTC, and ROAP.
Experience with troubleshooting tools, audio media analysis, and debugging skills.
Experience working on complex problems and systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude with strong communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Nice to have:
Experience with virtual environments like Citrix and VMware.
Familiarity with C++/C.
Experience with Contact Centre, IVR, Virtual Agents, and telecommunications service providers.
