Description:

In the Open Banking Team, you will be part of a team of experts whose sole mission is to ensure that our Banking services are running smoothly and solving real-life problems.
The Open Banking team will kick-start our Open Banking journey, and as part of this team, you are expected to solve problems with sustainable solutions and scalability in mind.
You will develop and maintain backend services using Python.
You will build and enhance frontend applications with React for visually appealing user interfaces.
You will optimize code to ensure peak performance, scalability, and reliability.
You will work towards the launch of a new product that will generate new verticals for the company.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., designers) to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and implement new features.
You will participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
You will integrate third-party APIs and external services to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

You must have at least 7 years of experience in software development in both back-end and front-end development.
Experience in the Fintech or Ecommerce industry is preferred but not mandatory.
You should have strong knowledge in Python for Backend as well as FastAPI and designing and implementing REST APIs.
Experience with technologies such as PostgreSQL, Kafka, and SQL Alchemy is required, while Hazelcast or Redis experience is preferred but not mandatory.
You must be proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Next.js).
Strong experience with testing (Unit testing, end-to-end testing, Jest, React testing library) is required.
You should have strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
Exceptional attention to detail is necessary.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
A customer-centric, empathetic mindset with excellent listening skills is essential.
You must have the ability to focus on what counts, creating simple solutions to deliver fast results.
