Remote Senior Full Stack Developer ( React / ExpressJS )

Description:

• The company is a multi-brand ecommerce giant with over 4,000 team members globally, focusing on digital-first operations and cloud-native technologies.
• The Senior Full Stack Developer will be part of the Checkout team, responsible for the main payment service built in React on the frontend and Express on the backend.
• Responsibilities include designing and implementing new features, ensuring code quality, troubleshooting and resolving bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Primary tech stack includes React JS, Node JS, Express JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Story Book, Chromatic, NPM, Jest, CI/CD tools, JIRA/Confluence, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in React / Express JS development, building and deploying high-quality web applications.
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, including ES6+ syntax, asynchronous programming, and familiarity with popular libraries and frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of web development principles, responsive design, and performance optimization.
• Experience in cross-platform development, UI/UX design, API integration, testing, debugging, version control, agile methodologies, and problem-solving.
• Proven track record in delivering successful ecommerce web applications and staying updated with the latest web development trends.
