Remote Senior Full Stack Developer ( React/Java-Kotlin), Colombia

Description:

• The Senior Full Stack Developer will participate in design and architecture discussions, ensuring solutions follow security and performance best practices.
• They will create and maintain design documentation, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance and solutions.
• The role involves communicating with the customer's team members, understanding requirements, and choosing appropriate frameworks for technical solutions.
• Responsibilities also include conducting code reviews, guaranteeing a stable development environment, and mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in software architecture design and technical leadership is required.
• Experience with at least one Cloud Provider (AWS/Azure/GCP) is necessary.
• Proficiency in developing responsive web-based applications using React and back-end development using Java is essential.
• Willingness to learn Kotlin for backend development and comfort with learning new frameworks are needed.
• Experience in designing software architecture, defining frameworks and technologies, and working with CI/CD pipelines is a must.
• Ability to create proof of concepts, code complex mechanisms, and have advanced English proficiency for conversations is required.
