Description:
Opinion Stage is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a small team dedicated to building a platform for creating engaging quizzes and surveys.
The company is a SaaS platform that utilizes AI to create visual conversational surveys and quizzes.
Their products are used by notable clients such as NBC, Microsoft, Pepsico, and Uber.
The role involves being a key member of the team, leading the development of the platform.
Responsibilities include building and improving the Opinion Stage core and developing the next generation of the survey creation platform.
The developer will be expected to keep up with new development technologies and best practices, develop new features end-to-end, improve existing features, and resolve technical customer issues.
This position is fully remote and aligns with European working hours.
Requirements:
Candidates must have over 5 years of development experience.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails is required.
Proficiency in relevant technologies such as JavaScript (ES6) and any modern front-end framework (e.g., React) is necessary.
Experience with SQL databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL and Amazon AWS is essential.
The candidate should be able to lead the development of features from front end to back end, including database management.
A strong focus on quality and best practice coding is important.
Good communication skills in English are required.
Candidates should be ready to take on long-term challenging tasks and demonstrate high reliability and trustworthiness.
