Remote Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby, React)

Description:

• This position is for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Pipeline CRM team at saas.group.
• Pipeline CRM is a brand within saas.group that offers innovative solutions for sales management, helping businesses worldwide grow and succeed.
• The Senior Full Stack Developer will work with Ruby on Rails and React to deliver new features and functionalities for users.
• Responsibilities include developing features, ensuring product stability, and contributing to the product and technology roadmap.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails, 2+ years with React, and experience with large databases, cloud infrastructure, and optimizing queue performance.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English are required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• 2+ years of professional experience with React.
• Experience working with large databases, preferably MySQL or PostgreSQL, and understanding of related complexities.
• Experience in maintaining and improving production cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Experience with managing background processing and optimizing queue performance.
• Strong communication skills in technical, customer, product, and team collaboration aspects.
• Fluency in English.
