Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

• The role is for a Senior Full Stack Engineer, working remotely from Argentina or Mexico.

• Responsibilities include working on the Frontend of the Moderation Panel and backend services for trust and safety efforts.
• Engineers are expected to be proactive, technically deep, and passionate about the company's success.
• Key tasks include collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams, building stable and testable code, participating in design and code reviews, improving content detection for user safety, and designing and maintaining microservices.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in increasingly complex engineering organizations is required.
• Candidates must have the ability to debug production issues as they arise.
• Experience with consumer-facing applications or web development is necessary.
• Extensive experience in designing, building, maintaining, deploying, and monitoring production-ready microservices and large-scale distributed systems on Kubernetes is required, preferably using Golang; Python is a nice to have.
• Front-end experience with TypeScript frameworks is essential, with React and Next.js being a plus.
• Experience managing Google Cloud infrastructure resources using Terraform is required.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and thorough testing practices is necessary.
• Strong communication skills are needed to effectively collaborate between engineering and product teams.
• A passion for continuous learning of new technologies and implementing best practices is essential.
