Description:

  • The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions that integrate digital channels like email, chat, SMS, and social media with the contact center’s voice solutions.
  • They will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems to ensure software quality.
  • The engineer will write technical documentation, work independently and as part of a team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and progress.
  • Participation in On Call duty is required once every 2 weeks to 1 month.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in developing Java applications, including delivering RESTful APIs.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in writing React and JavaScript applications.
  • Strong experience with web development technologies such as HTML and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience in technologies like databases (SQL and NoSQL) and back-end frameworks like Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
  • Awareness of web security best practices and the ability to implement security measures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to delivering high-quality code and solutions on time.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
