Description:
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be central to scaling up our system that assists law firms in becoming better businesses.
You will work on high-visibility projects as we expand into more Fintech workflow opportunities.
This role is designed for someone eager to demonstrate their capabilities and push their technical skills to the limit.
You will be responsible for building technology with bulletproof reliability for our customers.
Your influence will significantly impact the Fintech products we create, the architecture we use, and the processes we build as we transition from a startup to a scale-up.
You will help scale our product as we expand our user base, integrate new workflow capabilities, and enhance insights through advanced reporting and analytics.
You will take ownership of design decisions, including database structure, API design, and frontend architecture, ensuring solutions are robust, resilient, and maintainable.
You will help build our distributed system infrastructure, focusing on performance optimization, security, and data integrity in a cloud-native environment.
Requirements:
You must have 4+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with strong expertise in .NET and associated testing frameworks like MSTest, xUnit, or NUnit for unit and integration testing.
Proficiency in modern SPA frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue is required for frontend development.
You should be an expert in building RESTful or GraphQL APIs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance while maintaining high-quality test coverage across backend and frontend systems.
You must be proficient in building end-to-end features, from the browser to the database, with well-defined opinions on best practices, clean architecture, and maintainability.
Bonus qualifications include experience with testing tools like Cypress and Jest, experience with financial, legal, or accounting products, and experience integrating fintech into workflow products.
Experience building and deploying infrastructure in Azure and with distributed observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, and Sentry is a plus.
You should have experience collaborating with distributed teams and be willing to work some overlap hours with US Mountain Standard Time.
