Description:

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the company's SaaS platform.
This role involves collaborating with product and design teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
The engineer will develop and maintain modern microservices-based SaaS applications using PHP 8+, Laravel, MySQL, jQuery, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend components.
The engineer will participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the entire stack is a key part of the role.
The engineer will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance when needed is also expected.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience working on data-driven products, developing new features, and maintaining and optimizing existing ones.
Strong experience in full stack web development with complex data-fueled products, including microservices and AWS (Kubernetes) is required.
The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent proactive problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions is essential.
Previous experience writing unit and integration tests within a PHP Laravel framework is required.
The candidate should be able to work effectively within agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum.
Strong communication skills are necessary for providing precise and succinct explanations of work.
A passion for staying up to date with the latest technology trends is expected.
A commitment to code quality is essential.
The candidate should be able to keep others in the company updated on projects, including demoing progress to other departments.
