Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Full Stack Engineer position at Calendly involves supporting features and architecture to maintain user confidence in the platform.
• The role includes collaborating with the team to build new features for enterprise customers, contributing to platform scaling initiatives, and working on a monolith to services architectural rebuild.
• Responsibilities also include participating in agile ceremonies, improving engineering practices, reviewing implementation plans, and mentoring team members.
• The engineer will work with technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Rails, NodeJS, React, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• The position requires participation in on-call rotation for prompt responses to business-critical alerts outside regular working hours.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Software Development experience at a SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) and surviving a Monolith to Services architectural rebuild.
• Proficiency in Rails, Node, or a comparable web-app development framework.
• Ability to craft clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America without immigration sponsorship.

• Salary ranges based on location, with Tier 1 ranging from $197,880 to $267,720 USD, Tier 2 from $181,390 to $245,410 USD, and Tier 3 from $164,900 to $223,100 USD.
