Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• As a Senior Software Engineer at Medeloop, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, develop software solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Architect and design highly scalable, robust, and secure software applications using TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Drive the adoption of AWS services and frameworks to architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications and infrastructure at scale.
• Mentor and guide software engineers, providing technical leadership and promoting best practices for software development.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, providing insightful feedback and driving continuous improvement in code quality.
• Champion the implementation of modern software development practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to evaluate their applicability to software solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Actively participate in recruiting efforts, conducting technical interviews, and assessing candidates' technical skills.
• Drive innovation within the organization by identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and architectures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on React, NestJS, and other modern frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of AWS services, architecture patterns, and best practices for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
• Extensive expertise in full-stack development, covering front-end (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS) and back-end (Node.js, Python, AWS) technologies.
• Experience in the health tech space is a plus.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Expertise in agile software development methodologies, CI/CD, and version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
