Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• Rocket Money is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the user onboarding team.
• The team focuses on creating a seamless experience for new users from their first interaction with Rocket Money.
• Responsibilities include building new mobile and web onboarding UIs, maintaining A/B testing systems, integrating products for user analytics, and improving the developer experience of Rocket Money’s technical platform.
• Collaboration with product, marketing, and data teams is essential to drive favorable business outcomes like increased retention and engagement.
• The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, experience with Node/TypeScript, React, GraphQL, and Postgres, and a passion for growth engineering and clean code writing.

Requirements:

• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to impact business outcomes positively.
• Proficiency in Node/TypeScript, React (or similar framework), GraphQL, and Postgres (or similar relational database).
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams involving marketing, data, and finance.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to mentor others.
• Understanding of the bigger picture of how software development benefits users.
• Experience with growth engineering tools like analytics & eventing, A/B testing, MMPs, CRM, and attribution frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, reliable code across various platforms.
