Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Full-Stack Engineer position at Cloudbeds involves implementing new architectures, features, and best practices to scale the Cloudbeds platform.
• The role includes contributing to new efforts in service-oriented architectures using cutting-edge technologies.
• The engineer will focus on delivering an exceptional experience to customers worldwide with quality, performance, and scalability in mind.
• Working with a team, the engineer will utilize modern SaaS and Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies across all software stack layers.
• The position is remote and open to candidates in the US, CA, LATAM, and Brazil.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of PHP web application software engineering experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience with JS frameworks, preferably Vue.js and React.
• Strong knowledge of modern Javascript and Typescript design patterns, best practices, and technologies.
• Expertise in relational databases, indexing, and searching technologies.
• Familiarity with Git workflows/actions and test automation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Passion for software best practices, design patterns, and testing.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and time management abilities.
• Business-level English fluency (verbal and written skills).
