Description:

  • Kiva AI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of their core SaaS platform.
  • The role involves building robust, scalable features that enhance complex workflows and integrate LLM-driven functionalities.
  • Responsibilities include developing responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and collaborating with designers, product managers, and backend developers.
  • The engineer will create intuitive UI components, design reusable frontend components, and implement core backend services using FastAPI and Python.
  • The position requires troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • The engineer will also help establish coding standards and best practices for a growing team.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React or Vue.js is required, along with hands-on experience in server-side rendering using Next.js or similar.
  • A solid understanding of responsive design, CSS frameworks, and best practices for user interfaces is necessary.
  • Experience with SQL databases and a strong knowledge of database architecture is essential.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), Agile methodologies, and adaptability to rapid changes is expected.
  • Experience in a startup or small company environment with a hands-on problem-solving approach is preferred.
