Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• minware is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their self-funded seed-stage company and work directly with the founders to build the product from scratch.
• The role involves using React, GraphQL, and Next.js to develop the main analytics application.
• Responsibilities include independently planning, implementing, and testing features, collaborating with product managers and customers, designing new system components, and managing tech debt reduction.
• The engineer will be expected to uphold high code quality standards and lead the team in avoiding technical debt.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have experience in building and maintaining complex full-stack applications.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, declarative and functional programming, and strong communication skills are required.
• Proficiency in agile or lean planning, project management processes, and experience with core technologies like Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React are preferred.
• Optional skills include knowledge of infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) and UI technologies (HTML, CSS, Figma).
