Description:

  • The company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to work on a leading cloud contact center platform.
  • The engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that integrate digital channels like email, chat, SMS, and social media with the contact center’s voice solutions.
  • Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, writing technical documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in On Call duty.
  • The goal is to create seamless, connected customer journeys across multiple channels and deliver exceptional omnichannel customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing Java applications with RESTful APIs.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in React and JavaScript applications.
  • Strong experience in web development technologies like HTML and CSS.
  • Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and back-end frameworks like Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and web security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, deliver high-quality code on time, and hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
