Description:
The company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to work on a leading cloud contact center platform.
The engineer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions that integrate digital channels like email, chat, SMS, and social media with the contact center’s voice solutions.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical problems, writing technical documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in On Call duty.
The goal is to create seamless, connected customer journeys across multiple channels and deliver exceptional omnichannel customer experiences.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience developing Java applications with RESTful APIs.
3+ years of professional experience in React and JavaScript applications.
Strong experience in web development technologies like HTML and CSS.
Hands-on experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and back-end frameworks like Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or .NET.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and web security best practices.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, deliver high-quality code on time, and hold a relevant Bachelor’s degree.
