The Senior Full Stack Engineer will join a fast-paced, collaborative team to build and evolve a cutting-edge payment platform.
This role involves taking full ownership of the solutions designed and built, contributing to a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing new features for the pay.com.au platform, collaborating with product managers and designers, optimizing application performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and upholding best practices for code quality and security.
The engineer will also mentor junior developers and work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

Proficiency in AWS services is required.
Strong experience with Node.js and Typescript is necessary.
Candidates must have strong experience with React and other front-end technologies.
Experience working with RESTful APIs is essential.
Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in full stack development.
Experience mentoring and managing a team is necessary.
Experience working in an Agile development environment is required.
