Description:
As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be central to scaling up our system that assists law firms in improving their business operations.
You will work on high-visibility projects as we expand into more Fintech workflow opportunities.
This role is designed for individuals eager to demonstrate their capabilities and push their technical skills to the limit.
You will be responsible for building technology with bulletproof reliability for our customers.
Your work will significantly influence the Fintech products we create, the architecture we use, and the processes we build as we transition from a startup to a scale-up.
You will help scale our product as we expand our user base, integrate new workflow capabilities, and enhance insights through advanced reporting and analytics.
You will take ownership of design decisions, including database structure, API design, and frontend architecture, ensuring solutions are robust, resilient, and highly maintainable.
You will help build out our distributed system infrastructure, focusing on performance optimization, security, and data integrity in a cloud-native environment.
Requirements:
You must have been a full-stack developer for 4+ years with a solid background in .NET and modern SPA frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
You should be fluent in automated testing frameworks like Cypress, Jest, and xUnit.
You need to be an expert in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
You should be capable of building features end-to-end, from the browser to the database, and have strong opinions on how it should work.
Bonus qualifications include experience with financial, legal, or accounting products, stitching fintech into workflow products, building and deploying infrastructure in Azure, using distributed observability tools like OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, and Sentry, and collaborating with distributed teams.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $125,000-140,000 based on experience.
