Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong product focus.
• Deep expertise in 1–2 core technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, or Postgres, along with practical exposure to others is required.
• Experience in building and scaling products in Series A–C startups or comparable environments is necessary.
• A proven track record of upward mobility or increasing responsibility in past roles is essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in ambiguity and solving open-ended, user-centered problems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are required.
• A commitment to seeing things through, valuing team, mission, and longevity is important.
