Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• Accompany Health is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their mission-driven team focused on providing high-quality care to low-income patients with complex needs.
• The role involves collaborating with various teams, including Product, Sales, and Clinical Teams, to drive change in healthcare by building products that integrate fragmented healthcare services.
• The engineer will help set the technology foundation for microservices and UI architecture, ensuring that the technology approach meets both short-term agility needs and long-term scalability.
• Responsibilities include designing and implementing APIs and core services, owning features or functional areas, ensuring the quality of built features, and contributing to team milestones.

Requirements:

• A Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience is required.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of programming experience in languages such as Go, Java, Ruby, C#, or Scala.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with the modern JavaScript ecosystem, including TypeScript or React, GraphQL, Vite, and Esbuild, is necessary.
• A strong understanding of web performance and tooling is required, with a commitment to measuring and mitigating performance bottlenecks.
• Candidates should be mission-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• A self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
