MNTN is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their team.
The role involves developing server-side logic and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests.
Responsibilities include developing user interface components in React.js and integrating them into the application.
The engineer will modify server-side logic as necessary to enhance customer experience in the JavaScript-based tool suite.
Key tasks include developing new user-facing features using React.js and Typescript, integrating UI components with server-side logic via Node.js and GraphQL, and writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
The engineer will design and implement low-latency, high-availability applications while ensuring security and data protection.
Collaboration with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers is essential to deliver performant applications.
The role requires explaining complex technical issues to leads and stakeholders and optimizing existing products.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of JavaScript experience, including asynchronous programming, closures, types, DOM manipulation, and ES6.
A solid understanding of React.js and its core principles is required.
2-4+ years of Typescript experience is necessary.
Experience with GraphQL is essential.
Candidates should have 2-4+ years of Node.js experience, including frameworks such as Express and Koa.
4+ years of experience building RESTful APIs and optimizing server-side performance is required.
2+ years of experience writing SQL queries and designing Postgres domain models is necessary.
HTML/CSS experience, including layout, specificity, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility, is required.
Experience with CI/CD and source control tools is essential.
Candidates should have experience working in a service-oriented architecture.
Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud infrastructure is necessary.
Knowledge of design patterns and fundamental design principles behind scalable applications is required.
Experience with automated testing platforms, integration, and unit tests is essential.
Familiarity with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments is necessary.
Candidates must be able to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
