DTEX Systems is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with expertise in Python, Django, Databases, and React to join their team in Fremont, CA.
The role involves building and maintaining web applications that provide seamless user experiences, leading projects from conception to release.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the full stack, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
The engineer will lead the development of new features and applications, collaborate with the product team, integrate data storage solutions, and ensure security and data protection standards are met.
The position also includes providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers and staying updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Requirements:

Candidates must be US citizens based in the US.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in full stack development is required.
Strong focus on Python, Django, Postgres, and React is essential.
Experience in building and maintaining web applications in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is necessary.
Candidates should have skills in designing databases and APIs for complex business problems and reasoning on engineering designs for highly performant clustered deployments.
Proficiency in back-end development using Python and Django, as well as a solid understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and server-side logic, is required.
Familiarity with front-end languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React is expected.
Experience with database technology (PostgreSQL, OpenSearch) and user authentication and authorization across multiple systems is necessary.
Bonus points for contributions to open-source projects and an inclination to integrate AI models into web applications.
