Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• Second Nature is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their team in building a future where every home is professionally managed.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining frontend and backend components of web applications using React, Next, and Nest JS.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in frontend and backend development, focusing on building scalable and efficient systems.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and reliable code, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, implementing security measures, and participating in code reviews.
• The position requires troubleshooting and debugging issues across the entire stack.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack JavaScript Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, JSX, and CSS/SASS.
• Experience with React, Next JS, Node.js, PostgreSQL or MySQL, Nest.js, RESTful APIs, Git, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps principles, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
