Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• SoundHound AI is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with Typescript/Golang experience to work on building out the tooling for the Smart Answering AI product.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack NextJS 14+ applications and Golang backend systems.
• Responsibilities include writing high-quality, scalable, and performant code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new features, and staying updated on AI and web development trends.
• The ideal candidate will mentor junior team members and contribute to innovative solutions in cutting-edge projects.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Expertise in MongoDB, React server components, NextJS (or similar concept), and Golang (or comparable server-side language) is required.
• An in-depth understanding of AI principles and the ability to integrate AI into web applications is necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
