The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be a key contributor in developing the suite of product offerings at Wiser Solutions.
Responsibilities include working on complex problems, writing clean code, and collaborating with product and engineering leaders to define intuitive solutions.
The engineer will design customer-facing UI and back-end services, develop high-performance applications, implement security protocols, and improve the quality of solutions.
They will be responsible for guiding and mentoring team members, bringing new ideas to the table, and owning projects from idea through delivery into production.
Technologies used include Node.js, ReactJS, Typescript, NestJS, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Postgres, EventStoreDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, GraphQL, and NATS.

5+ years of professional software development experience is required.
Experience with highly complex distributed systems and both relational and unstructured data is necessary.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.
Expertise in front-end development (React/Micro-Frontend) and back-end development using NodeJS, TypeScript, GraphQL is a must.
Ability to learn quickly, make pragmatic decisions, and adapt to changing business needs is required.
Solid understanding of AWS, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization is necessary.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
