Description:
Front is the leading AI-powered customer service platform built for collaboration, bringing core support channels into a modern workspace for teams to collaborate on requests and automate processes.
The Admin Experience team is responsible for the holistic experience of setting up and managing Front, focusing on user journeys, permission architecture, and user management.
The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver on the product roadmap.
The engineer will find elegant solutions to usability problems and ramp up on new web technologies to enhance Front.
Requirements:
Candidates must have strong experience working on complex software systems, preferably in full stack or backend engineering.
A product-minded approach is essential, with a commitment to building the best user experience.
Knowledge of modern web technologies such as Node.js ES6, TypeScript, and React is required, along with a willingness to learn new technologies.
Candidates should understand the trade-offs between different engineering solutions and value pragmatism over idealism.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment is necessary.
Full professional English proficiency is required, and candidates must be eligible to work in Argentina or Chile.
