We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer who is passionate about leveraging AI-driven technologies to build powerful and scalable applications.
This role will focus on full-stack engineering while exploring AI tools to enhance development workflows, automate tasks, and deliver new product features.
As a key member of a dynamic sprint team, you will contribute to the development of AI-powered features for our platform.
You will develop and maintain full-stack applications and services using PHP, Python, Node.js, and modern frontend technologies.
You will leverage AI tools, such as Cursor, ChatGPT, and LLMs, to optimize development processes and feature delivery.
You will build and integrate AI-driven features, utilizing techniques like dynamic prompts, fine-tuning, embeddings, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with advanced models like GPT-4o, Gemini 1.5, Claude 3, and Mistral.
You will integrate image and video generation models like Stable Diffusion XL and DALL·E 3, alongside multimodal AI models such as Gemini 1.5 Flash, GPT-4o-Vision, and Claude 3 Opus.
You will stay updated on AI advancements and incorporate the latest innovations into the product.
You will work in a sprint-based agile environment, ensuring timely and efficient feature delivery.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the platform’s AI capabilities and scalability.
You will write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.

Requirements:

You must have 3-5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with proficiency in PHP, Python, and Node.js, along with experience in modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, and related technologies.
You should possess solid knowledge of AI-driven development tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, and other LLMs.
You must have the ability to fine-tune and control AI models to achieve desired outcomes.
A strong interest in exploring and implementing AI technologies in software development is required.
You should have a solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar is necessary.
You must be comfortable with rapidly adopting and experimenting with new technologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

The salary range for this position is Rs 1800000 - Rs 3000000 (INR 18-30 LPA).
This is a full-time remote position, allowing flexibility in your work environment.
