Remote Senior Full-Stack engineer

Description:

• UserEvidence is a SaaS platform focused on unlocking customer stories and creating a library of content assets.
• The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will work in a small team of senior engineers to develop the core UserEvidence application.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable features for the Ruby on Rails application, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing performance, writing clean and testable code, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting software defects, and staying updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years of software development experience in a team environment or equivalent expertise.
• At least two years of professional experience working with Ruby on Rails or equivalent.
• Proficiency in writing accessible, scalable, maintainable, and performant code.
• Experience with a modern frontend framework (Vue, React, Angular, etc.).
• Familiarity with background job processing environments like Sidekiq and complex queries for relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating in US time zones.
• Must be located in South or Central America regions.
