As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for building and deploying innovative features that enhance customer experiences.
You will work on various components of the Employment Operating System, including an AI hiring tool and an automated payroll solution.
Your role will involve driving your squad to develop critical features, collaborating with designers and product managers, writing automated tests, maintaining web applications, conducting testing and code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

You must be a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Development Engineer with a focus on server-side and RESTful API development and integration.
A minimum of 6 years of experience is preferred, but technical expertise is prioritized over years of experience.
Proficiency in at least one OOP language (e.g., Python, Java, PHP) is required, with Ruby training provided upon joining.
Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web applications is necessary.
You should be proficient in ReactJS or a similar modern frontend framework and have experience in building scalable, maintainable UI components.
A strong understanding of best practice software engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology is essential.
You must be a team player with good verbal and written English skills, and a passion for learning and mentoring teammates.
