Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
  • 2+ years of experience in scalable, multi-tenant environments with rich front-end experiences.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Redux.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with marketing teams.
  • Experience in building scalable SaaS products with a focus on user experiences and metrics.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to make trade-offs between technical and business requirements.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and scoping solutions collaboratively.
  • Track record of breaking down complex problems into quick experiments.
  • Experience with PHP, Laravel, SCSS, RESTful APIs, and A/B test tools is a plus.
