Description:

minware is a self-funded seed-stage company that provides development observability software to improve predictability and efficiency in engineering organizations.
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work directly with minware's founders to build the product using React, GraphQL, and Next.js.
Responsibilities include independently planning, implementing, and testing features, designing new system components, and managing tech debt reduction.
The engineer will collaborate with product managers and customers to define capabilities and prioritize internal efficiency improvements.
Optional tasks may include conducting interviews and assisting with hiring other engineers.

Requirements:

Must have experience building and maintaining complex full-stack applications.
Familiarity with high-quality code principles, continuous integration, declarative and functional programming is required.
Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with non-technical stakeholders and customers.
Proficiency in agile or lean planning and project management processes is essential.
Preferred experience with core technologies like Postgres, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, and React.
Optional proficiency in infrastructure (AWS, Terraform) and UI (HTML, CSS, Figma) is a plus.
