Description:

The Senior Full-stack Engineer will be an integral part of the engineering teams at EMEA, available to contractors in the Czech Republic and other East European locations.
This role can also be based remotely in EMEA in one of the legal entities: UK, Ireland, Israel, Estonia, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Germany, and Spain.
The engineer will work on improving the DoiT Navigator product, collaborating with product managers and developers from other teams, and participating in product-making decisions.
Responsibilities include implementing features from proposal through spec and implementation to maintenance, reviewing code, improving the health of the codebase, and providing feedback during team planning discussions.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software development experience as a Backend engineer.
A solid understanding of programming languages is required, with knowledge of Go programming language preferred, or a willingness to learn.
Experience in a production environment with Google Cloud or AWS services is a great plus.
Candidates should have experience in system design and embrace continuous development and learning.
Knowledge of software engineering practices and experience with Git/GitHub is necessary.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are required.
The ideal candidate should be self-organized, goal-oriented, self-motivated, confident, thorough, and tenacious.
Ability to operate flexibly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment is essential.

A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is considered a bonus.
