As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will join a growing engineering team focused on building features for Enterprise Honeycomb customers.
Responsibilities include writing code across the full application stack primarily in Typescript/React and Go, collaborating with cross-functional partners, supporting software in production, learning new technologies, leading complex projects, and promoting clear communication and teamwork.
Requirements:
You must have at least 2 years of deep experience in React, Typescript, and web development, with a background in designing and implementing new features for browsers.
You should demonstrate autonomy and ownership, being able to work independently and proactively identify solutions to problems impacting the team.
Experience across the application stack is required, including modern frontend and backend languages, as well as delivering features that involve UI, database migrations, services, and API endpoints.
Comfort in supporting production software is essential, with experience in shipping features and investigating issues in deployed code.
A strong sense of teamwork is necessary, ensuring shared objectives are met and knowledge is shared among team members.
You should possess a flexible mindset, able to pivot strategies or roadmaps as needed to meet company or customer needs.
The ability to balance engineering investment with customer value is crucial, focusing on delivering features quickly while revisiting scope as necessary.

The position offers a base pay range of $185,000 - $206,000.
